SHP Electronics GmbH develops and manufactures electronic and electromechanical components for the equipment produced by its parent company, SHP Steriltechnik AG, and also operates as a service provider. SHP Steriltechnik AG, headquartered at Detzel Castle, has been manufacturing steam sterilisers for 20 years.

We are looking for someone with an interest in technology and good manual skills to join our apprenticeship scheme for the 2026 intake as a

Electronics Technician for Equipment and Systems (m/f/d).

The training programme lasts 3.5 years, and takes place at Detzel Castle, 6 km north of Haldensleben. The vocational school for electronics technicians is in Magdeburg.

With us, you will learn basic skills in materials processing and how to work with electrical, electronic and mechanical components. You will build customised assemblies and devices and learn how to maintain and repair them. You will be taught the basics of control and regulation technology and how to work with microcontrollers.

Once you have completed your training, you can work in many areas of equipment manufacturing, such as the construction of medical devices, measurement and testing technology, sensor technology, environmental technology and many other fields.

It is a very varied profession with excellent career prospects.
